Are you sure of that? I was told otherwise when I spoke to admissions.
Would you mind sharing what you heard from admissions?
I went for a tour in early April, a few days before the April 15 deposit deadline actually. I was able to speak with someone in the admissions office right before the tour, she said that they would begin reviewing waitlisted applicants after the 15th deadline. There weren't any specifics about when decisions would come out, just that they would begin reviewing the WL applicants again.

I think it's strange that they would wait until after the second deposit deadline (June 1, FYI) to make offers to WL'ers.

FYI, there were many people admitted off of the BC wait list around this time last year (Late April-Early May).

Appears that the second deposit rule of thumb, mentioned earlier, is not a sure thing.

Yeah someone mentioned in an earlier post a friend got off the waitlist via a phone call in mid-May last year.

anyone on the waitlist also get the email to fill out (another) survey to indicate if you're still interested in BC Law?

Yikes did anyone else on the waitlist not get this? Maybe because I sent my LOCI less than a month ago so they already know I'm still interested?

They responded with the survey email so maybe it was a glitch? Who knows. This wait list process is making me insane.

How do I go about soliciting a fee waiver here? Do I just email their admissions department? Or do they not really do fee waivers?

You should be posting in this thread:http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... 7&t=270557 Much more likely to get a response haha, this one is probably dead. But in answer to your question, they do fee waivers, if you aren't emailed about it you can try soliciting one from their admissions dept.
