Checking in. Went complete on 12/27. What's the consensus on wait time to UR1?

I think there was only one January wave last year, but it came out later than this year's wave. I wonder if it'll still be kept to one wave.

Interview invites are necessary but not sufficient for admission (with the exception of some people who are waitlisted without interviews)
