Kind of worried. Applied 10/08, Complete 10/17, nothing since then. GPA is 75th, LSAT near 25th. Anyone in a similar boat and have no movement since October? (RD)

Me three. 25th-50th LSAT and >75th GPA. I'm also worried why we haven't gotten any status updates. My last one was upon going complete in late October (also RD). Are we not being reviewed or something?

Common denominator between you three is an LSAT score below the median. It's would seem they're waiting to get a clearer picture of the LSAT takers.

To lend more credit to this theory, I am also right below median LSAT and above 75th gpa, and I am at 11/19 (first time I went complete).outlawscr10 wrote:Common denominator between you three is an LSAT score below the median. I'm above median GPA and above 75th LSAT and I've had no movement since 11/19 either

have any RD decisions gone out yet? If not, when we do we expect those to start going out? Thanks!

Seriously? I'm still wondering why cornell is being so slow. It says verifying my materials for completion as of like 11/X prior to thanksgiving. How can a month have passed and I still have not gone complete?jcb5329 wrote:A good number of RD decisions have been made to those ITT.bart001 wrote:have any RD decisions gone out yet? I can confirm that RDs have gone out. Decision turnaround a solid 2 months, so don't lose hope yet if it's taking awhile, everyone!

Seems like they are favoring high LSAT for these early admissions. I'm 75% LSAT and 50% GPA, and I heard back relatively quickly.

Yep. Seems like this is the case for all T20 schools I've applied to, even ones where I'm at the median.Sloth Hero wrote:Seems like they are favoring high LSAT for these early admissions. I'm 75% LSAT and 50% GPA, and I heard back relatively quickly.

Don't you guys feel that we sometimes read too much into the internal processes of admission? At this point, I really don't think it's possible for us to make sense of what drives who this thing goes.

No, some people have been taking a month to go complete.csargean wrote:Checking in... app received 12/2 but still not complete. Cause for concern?

No. Not at all. It takes roughly a month. Since you applied at such a busy time, it may take your app longer than a month to reach completion. Cornell really tests your patience.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
