Wait, how did I miss this? Harvard is sending us books?edgeofthenight wrote:Got my book (Scorpions - in reference to one line on my resume, good on you HLS) and promptly freaked out in the mailroom. This doesn't bode well, but if you have a well documented history of a difficult situation with your father, you might still get some aid.kcam1991 wrote:My dad is not going to give me the financial documents needed to apply for finaid. Is there some policy regarding this? How did others handle this situation
HLS still in the running for you?? Speaking of aid, has anyone had success with HLS matching SLS/YLS' financial aid offer, when the latter was substantially larger?

Just got my response from HLS... it was not good. They basically told me that they had no idea where YLS got their figures from and that they wouldn't be able to adjust my initial offer in a way that would matter.ManOfTheMinute wrote:Speaking of aid, has anyone had success with HLS matching SLS/YLS' financial aid offer, when the latter was substantially larger?
Communicate now with those who not only know what a legal education is, but can offer you worthy advice and commentary as you complete the three most educational, yet challenging years of your law related post graduate life.
