Suspicious package found at Harvard T station, along with several others throughout the city.

My dad just told me to check if ASW is still on... it will be on, right?

Prayers to all those affected today. Life is so precious.

The admissions office was unable to place me with a student to stay with during ASW so I emailed the BLSA and they were able to find a student for me to stay with. Others who have limited funds and are looking for alternate options for housing during ASW might want to check out different affinity groups on campus.

Just got the email - ASW is still on.

Maybe we could do a TLS mini blood drive. Regulations won't let me donate, but I'd be happy to tag along to any Red Cross center or something like that if we want to get a group together to donate during the weekend.

Hi, all-

Congrats on being accepted, everyone! I'm a rising 3L, and am using this space to shamelessly plug my apartment that I'm trying to sublet this summer. If anyone is interested (or knows anyone who might be), feel free to message me for details- The place is about a block from HLS.

Carful, HLS YLS could offer MOTM a full ride with stipend and it wouldnt matter. It aint happening.

At SLS ASW, MOTM signed on to talk to next year's admits about how awesome SLS is.

My dad is not going to give me the financial documents needed to apply for finaid. Is there some policy regarding this? How did others handle this situation

This doesn't bode well, but if you have a well documented history of a difficult situation with your father, you might still get some aid.

Speaking of aid, has anyone had success with HLS matching SLS/YLS' financial aid offer, when the latter was substantially larger?

I emailed the Financial Aid office and they sent me a link to a form where I can apply to waive my biological father's information. I submitted the form yesterday but haven't heard if my request was approved.

Good luck!

Just got my response from HLS... it was not good. They basically told me that they had no idea where YLS got their figures from and that they wouldn't be able to adjust my initial offer in a way that would matter.

I'm going to go cry now.
