I think this may have been asked before, but I did not see any answers. Does UCLA give any scholarship money do people coming off the WL. I was WLed and was wondering if I should ride it or not. I probably will not ride it if I would not be getting any money (law school is just too darn expensive).

Got the call/voicemail at 230, called back about 20-30 minutes later and got the acceptance and 25K/year merit scholarship. I was an unprofessional blabbering mess to Dean Schwarz, but UCLA is a school I would REALLY consider attending so I couldn't contain myself.

Congrats! Hope to join you.

Although damn, I don't get it. I submitted early Dec with the same numbers, CA native, and have heard nothing since.

Odd.

Submitted yesterday. I had a fee waiver and a panic attack when I thought I didn't apply to enough schools. Good luck all.

Is it weird that I submitted my application early December and still haven't heard anything, not even WL?

3.31/169 - got into Vanderbilt. Don't know what's up since ucla doesn't have a status checker.

Just realized that my PS I submitted was written in font size 11. Apparently they require a font size no smaller than 12. Is this going to be a insta-ding?

UCLA had by the far the stingiest length-restriction for their PS. Looking back, I really hope the adcom understands my PS . . . I really chopped it up just so that I could fit it in there.

Complete since 12/7. Median GPA, 25th LSAT. Silence since complete. Is it safe to say that I'm SOL?

I have a creeping fear that I submitted my Berkeley 4-pager by mistake. Not going to check now, though.

I remember every day that I was waitlisted here...

eta: mainly because people in Los Angeles always ask, "What about UCLA?" when they find out I got into USC. ugh
Based on what I see on LST, USC>UCLA. Don't feel bad.
