I had 11/10, 11/14, and no interview email, but haven't gotten an update to 11/17 (for better or worse). Hm...IamIn wrote:the same... I am so nervous...luxxe wrote:Originally complete 11/10, updated to 11/14, & just now to 11/17. Also no interview invite.
Love me, GULC.
Everytime an admissions official reviews your application they push a red button that changes the dateTheRedMamba wrote:I'm really confused as to why people get status updates that essentially update nothing except the date. What does this mean? I went complete as of 11/7 and I have had no other updates since...
Same here. Stuck on 11/7. I'm a huge splitter, so I'm trying to prepare myself for a long cycle...Killingly wrote:My stuff was received 10/31, complete 11/1. Oh my, you are tempting me to leave work early and run home to the mailbox. Congratulations!!!amc987 wrote:IN at Georgetown today via snail mail!!! First acceptance of the cycle. SOOOOO EXCITED!!!
BTW, the letter is dated 11/14 so maybe that's good news for whomever has their status checker stuck on Application Completed as of that date. I'm an East Coaster so I think I got it earlier than most, but I'm sure lots of you have good news coming your way soon!
Ah man reading this makes me wanna run down to to my apartments mailbox to check it again even though I just checked it an hour ago.amc987 wrote:IN at Georgetown today via snail mail!!! First acceptance of the cycle. SOOOOO EXCITED!!!

Ughhh my mail must just be really slow in Durham. Still stuck at 11/7, and an email I got from admissions (in response to an inquiry) implied that a decision has been made...amc987 wrote:IN at Georgetown today via snail mail!!! First acceptance of the cycle. SOOOOO EXCITED!!!

Yeah...I'd like an explanation too. I'm guessing you emailed and asked if you could add anything to the application and they said no?MiamiOxford wrote:PM'd you...erikjc wrote:Ughhh my mail must just be really slow in Durham. If the status checker says you're at "complete" I don't think they'd be able to tell you anything.MiamiOxford wrote:Opinions wanted: My status checker only updated once to 10/11 and has not moved since. I am tempted to call them and ask if something is wrong/missing/idk. Is this a stupid or pointless idea? Or any ideas on what I should ask them if not?
Since your status date would indicate you submitted over 6 weeks ago, maybe you could call under the guise of trying to keep in touch, or wanting to make sure they know you are still very interested. It is still very early though.MiamiOxford wrote:Opinions wanted: My status checker only updated once to 10/11 and has not moved since.
