went complete 1/10/11, original application included CPE and a PM Essay. Is it appropriate at this point to send a Why NU essay via email to attach to the application?

Re: Northwestern 2011 Applicants
I went complete months ago and just submitted a Why NU essay last night, if that helps. I figured why the hell not, I haven't heard anything from them yet anyway. That and I have the slimmest of chances of getting in, so I might as well do everything I can.servo wrote:went complete 1/10/11, original application included CPE and a PM Essay. Re: Northwestern 2011 Applicants
yeah it was hard but I am getting obsessive, i thought that taking a break from it couldn't help but now I think I'm addicted to checking at least once a day. I think i knew i had a problem when I was checking at midnight, at a red light. Maybe the trip will be like withdrawal?krad wrote:Glad I could helpunc0mm0n1 wrote:I know I could check but I kind of gave him my word I wouldn't, actually I said wouldn't check on the computer.....hmmm my mtouch4g technically isn't a computer! I totally missed the part in your OP about vowing not to check. I don't think I could vow that unless my life depended on it!

LOL once a day?? I'm jealous. I've become so neurotic about this process that once every couple days changed into every day which is now at least 3 times a day.unc0mm0n1 wrote:yeah it was hard but I am getting obsessive, i thought that taking a break from it couldn't help but now I think I'm addicted to checking at least once a day. Woah! I only check every few days. I follow TLS and if something starts blowing up, then I check. I'm trying realllllly hard to have patience, something I don't usually have much of...!

Re: Northwestern 2011 Applicants
well i put all my status checkers in one bookmark folder and set it up so that all i have to do is press "enter" when i'm on the page...so it literally takes 20 seconds for me to check all of them.krad wrote:Woah! Anyways, does anybody know if NU reimburses travel expenses for their ASW?

Guys, minimum of 10 checks per day. No joke. I haven't been this insane about something since... Well, just since LSAT scores came out. It's not healthy.krad wrote:Woah! I only check every few days. I emailed them last night about my status still saying incomplete after LSAT scores were released almost 2 weeks ago. They emailed me this morning saying "Your application status has changed. Thank you." It still says Incomplete.Gotti wrote:
