I come home to see a giant think white envelope in my mailbox!

...Turns out it was just my roommate's health insurance information.

I went to check the mail and the mailman was putting stuff in the boxes. So I decided to go upstairs and wait instead of lurking like a mega creeper :(

Darn you, fellow NYer with a 11/02 update!

I put together some statistics on acceptances. A ton of people (maybe 6-8) whom I cannot find statistics on or anything, so this makes things difficult.

These are all RD to the best of my knowledge - ED acceptances have not posted stats anywhere I can find.

Acceptances:
n = 7
<166: 0
167-169: 0
170-172: 4
173-175: 1
>176: 2

<3.5: 0
3.5x: 0
3.6x: 2
3.7x: 2
3.8x: 0
>3.9: 2
(+1 international)

Amount of time to reply, in days, from submission to receipt of letter:
<20: 0
20-22: 1
23-25: 3
26-28: 2
29-31: 1
>31: 0
Note that I don't think this means people who have waited a month are necessarily out, but rather that the people who are being accepted within a month's time are likely autoadmits.

So far, 170 and 3.60 seem to be rough cutoffs for the first batch of admissions. We'll see where that goes.

I'll keep this rolling if admits post their numbers along with their original application date.

Oops. One URM - I'll separate the data once there are more.

Said URM doesn't skew the data as a whole though

Anybody at 11/4, I'm feeling its a decision date (because I interviewed a few days prior to the update), hopefully not the first wave of waitlists/rejects. If so what are your numbers?

I'm 171/3.3 - hence the extreme nervousness
