When do you think the next RD wave will be?

Last year's first two January waves were Jan 12 and 23. This year, they've done waves on the 10 and 16...hoping for another wave early next week again (although this may also include first round of waitlists/dings!)

Is going UCR2 at this point (as opposed to like March) any sign one way or another? Like does it usually precede an acceptance, or do people often get dinged?

It's Penn's policy to have every candidate reviewed twice so all it means is that they're closer to a decision on you.

No it means it's under the second review.

no. UCR2 I believe is the 2nd round of reviewers look at your file. then after they are done, you will have a final decision.

I was UCR1 from 11/17 until I went UCR2 yesterday, so don't worry too much, I'm sure your UCR2 is on it's way!
