Thanks for posting this. Any idea on how many days after seeing UR4 one would hear a decision? Also, is there a common number of days between UR3 and UR4? For reference, I went UR3 on the 29th of December.
I was too lazy to figure out the UR3 to UR4 timeline (and my gut feel there is that it's not terribly consistent), but UR4 to a round of decisions seems to usually be pretty quick, a week or less it seems. I also went UR3 on 12/29. I was really hoping that I'd miscounted, or that they'd cut one of the review rounds out, and we'd be getting a repeat of last year's magical new years decisions, but no such luck I suppose. I was surprised to see that we had more UR3s last weekend, and then yesterday's tweet from them suggests that they're gearing up for more interviews, but I'm not seeing any interview slots open on the website, so it's all very mysterious.

Any thoughts on a thank you for the Skype interview? I interviewed on Jan 4 so wondering if a week later is too late. If not, how did ya'll send the thank you?

I just got invited for an interview. What does it really mean? Is everybody doing interviews or are people selected?
