Complete 12/10. Cr1 1/16 then I just went straight to Final Review on 2/21 but haven't gotten the decision email yet...

Slightly softens the Berkeley rejection earlier today....
I submitted around 12/1 and have been moving through the URs since mid/late jan... haven't kept up with the status checker too much.

IT doesn't work like that. People with higher scores get bigger discounts and those will lower scores get less and subsidize everyone else.
