Thanks for the responses re: status checker updates. Much appreciated! Seems some schools do a lot with those checkers and others basically just say complete and then you get an answer. Congrats again to those who have been admitted. And good luck to those who are still waiting! Hopefully we hear good news to take home to our families for Thanksgiving.

Chiming in on British date notation--does it really matter on a discussion board? It will probably be necessary to switch once this student starts school in the States (while 24/11 vs. 11/24 is pretty clear, 5/11 vs. 11/5 would be confusing), but for now, I think we all know what s/he means.

Probably no need to be hateful about it, definitely.

That said, this may be a good place to practice using an american notation - having studied in both countries, I tended to get so stinkin' confused about what was even right anymore, and (ideally) this is a safe place to get used to switching without having profs on your case. But, gigibeirne, you should do whatever makes you happy.

Current for me, and I think other people said it came to their current addresses as well.

Everyone should do the group interview if offered a chance. It was actually really fun and it's interesting seeing the other people who are applying in person.

Quick comparison to other spreadsheets suggests that most/all of the LSAT scores were screwed up. OP may want to revert to an older version?

Had I think my third or 2nd update on 11/12 when I got asked for a group interview which I had to decline.

You're lucky, I had an update on the same day with no interview request and then total silence.

Are the group interviews by invitation only or am I missing something? Does it look like there are more interviews ahead?

They send an invitation by e-mail. There are definitely more - it was mentioned in the interview. He also said that the group interviews are taking places in large central locations (like NYC, Washington D.C., LA, Miami, Chicago, etc.), so if you're not near a big city, you might not get an invitation just because there isn't one close to you.

yeah I was a little surprised too - especially since I'm based in D.C. already. It's always possible that my interviewer gave me a terrible review? Haha I have no idea.

I did as well...feel a little deflated but glad not to have been outright dinged or waitlisted. As an update, I had my alumna interview last Thursday (over the phone), and it was great (an hour and ten minutes that was much more like chit-chat over coffee vs. an interview), so getting the email today is a disappointment.
