I saw on the NU Admissions Twitter page that they were closed today from 12-2 for their holiday party. Maybe we'll have to wait until tomorrow? But still Johann's tweet made it seem like today was the day...either way, I'm equally as impatient!

Okay.. kind of a dumb question because I probably should have researched this upon applying ED, but... when do they have until to get back to us? Or is it an open date? I'd imagine you wouldn't get in ED in like February, right? Is it just like "some time in December"?

Jan 4 is the deadline for initial decision, but I think they can decide to move you to RD, which means you'd have to wait longer.

I assume ED because his tweet last week specified ED rounds would be coming this week.

I'm ED and I have the "decision" status right now.

From what I have read they will send an email. But the decision will be available in the decision portal before the email goes out. Its a link on the status checker page, at the bottom, below "JD login".
