So we're getting down to the line..I'm assuming if we don't hear by the end of April, we're heading for the waitlist?

I mean, I'm trying to keep hope alive, but I would say that unless people hear from KB in the next 10 days, they're probably headed for WLs/dings. I just can't imagine why Harvard would want to admit a significant number of people after their ASW. Maybe they don't care if we go, but from what I hear they do try to put on a good show when admitted students come to Cambridge. What would be the point of letting in a bunch of people whom they'd have a difficult time wooing so late in the cycle?? I'm not including myself in this-- I'd jump at a Harvard acceptance at any time between now and mid-August, but I don't know/assume that everyone is as desperate as I am.

I don't think they can reasonably expect people to come to ASW with less than a week's notice? IDK, I just feel like that isn't their priority.

At least I'll always take comfort in the thought that I got rejected because of that indiscretion rather than because I was seen otherwise insufficient to be an HLS student

Given that they've sent out invites as recently at 2-3 business days ago, I think there is certainly still hope. No reason to assume the most recent batch was the last one.

Give up hope if you're dinged-not before.

This is probably a really stupid question ... but for those of you who sent an LOCI and did the postcard thing ... did you use a normal envelope and fold the postcard, or did you use an oversized envelope?
