This was just my second complete. Regardless I'd love to hear back soon. Good luck with this and the rest of your apps! Notre Dame would be a great school to attend, but without some scholarship money I doubt I can justify the cost.

Decision made today 2/7. I'm a little surprised bc I didn't go through a series of completes like it seems everyone else has. Complete once 1/4. Hopefully this isn't a bad sign...wrote a Why ND but my numbers aren't that great for ND

I only had one update...complete 12/6, update 2/3 and then decision made 2/8. you may have news soon!

Waitlisted. Got the mail today, decision was made on 2/3, submitted on 12/18. Wrote the Why ND and visited. I guess, considering my numbers, this was the best I could hope for...

Did everyone get the financial aid email today? I'm especially curious if they sent it to people who were already rejected? My decision was mailed Tuesday...Waiting for snail mail is painful

I got it and I am on the waitlist, but I think my email said something about waitlist decisions being around April? Best of luck on the decision!

Thank you. I was curious if they offered more than 30K .. This clears it up.

I actually got $25,000 with the stips of being in good academic standings and I had a poorly written personal statement and I thought fairly average numbers (3.62/167).

I was curious if I could bargain for more, but I didn't realize this might be the max amount.

By the way, does anyone have a solid definition of "good academic standing"?

I got my acceptance packet yesterday!!!! So happy! ND is my first choice so far... 166/3.72 with 10k a year

I don't know the exact definition, but that big student-produced book that came with the admissions package said that no student had lost their scholarship in the last three years, so I don't think you have much to worry about there.
