Just got an email from Berkeley, freaked out for a second before I realized it was a financial aid thing they said they send to all applicants.

This is the first paragraph of it:
"This is an announcement to all applicants regarding the application process for financial aid. We are writing to ask that you submit your applications for financial aid as early as possible starting in January. Please do not wait until an admission decision is made."

Question- has anyone who was admitted by phone NOT received anything else from Berkeley yet? I have no status checker change, no emails, no packages. Just wondering if this was typical or if I should contact admissions. Thanks!

How long have you been waiting? It took me 1-2 weeks before I received my email. I'd say if it's been longer than that you might call, just to check.

I was accepted last Wednesday. I guess I’m getting a little excited but it feels like I’ve been in longer than that because I’ve thought about Berkeley so much the last 7 days. Thanks for the info!
