Just a reminder, it was June 12-13th last year when the law school went crazy handing out full-rides. I know it seems kinda unlikely this year given the rumors of an overly large class-size, but still, I figure it's worth mentioning just to get a few more sets of fingers crossed out there in internet-land.

None reported on LSN so far...I think it takes them a few days to process seat deposits, so I would guess next week at the earliest till WL people get another update. Just a guess though

I'd be more scared of Scotty too, guys.
RB was right about his WUSTL/TLS omniscience.

Illinois gave me a huge bargaining chip, by going absolutely batshit crazy with their scholarship offers this cycle, so I guess WashU is trying to combat that with some madness of their own. Also, I sent them a negotiation letter that read sort of like the Sound and the Fury meets For Whom the Bell Tolls, after I had two of my professors edit it.cusenation wrote:must have done someone's laundryLebrarian_Booker wrote:What?? Did you already pay both deposits at WashU?Jmart082 wrote:Illinois gave me a huge bargaining chip, by going absolutely batshit crazy with their scholarship offers this cycle, so I guess WashU is trying to combat that with some madness of their own. Withdrawn from everywhere else, and fully deposited now, yes. And given my textbook definition average LSAT score, full would require divine intervention, so negative on that. I'm just at a level of debt that I feel comfortable assuming. So yeah, my advice would be to definitely work the offers from peer schools and see if you can get them matched. They seem to be amenable to at least hearing you out if you've got a compelling case to make.

Dud you receive the bump before or after paying your second deposit?Jmart082 wrote:Withdrawn from everywhere else, and fully deposited now, yes.
