I was accepted in November, and applied for PILS in January. I'm pretty sure the person who called was also accepted. I'm not sure why their handing out the PILS decisions so late this year. It seems like last year, they were mid-March. I think that means you're in but they haven't activated your account yet. I had something similar happen to me with USC. After I went DR, before I got the acceptance letter, they sent me an email with my student number, but I couldn't use it to login for a day or two.
