not even! but it's a moot point anyway, i would have had to defer for a year and you can't defer if you get in from any waitlist, so for my specific case, this was the kiss of death for georgetown. oh well, thank goodness I have Boalt to make me feel better... at least SOMEONE liked my softs!

Today's my one-month anniversary of being UR. That seems like a long time for Georgetown. I figured they were going to waitlist me (even though LSP has me as admit), but it looks like I escaped today's waitlist batch.

Anyone know when the first deposit deadline is? I'm wondering if they are done with acceptances until the first deadline. (This is me being very optimistic!)

Rejected via e-mail, part of the 3/17 bunch. Oh well. Really sad day for me, and yet happy too, I got into Fordham, but got rejected at GULC and waitlisted at BC. Man, these schools really know how to make you feel inadequate.

I applied to "both" ft and pt on march 1st.

I just got preferred wait list today, 3.2 - 173.
Can anyone tell me what the chances are like for this "preferred waitlist."
Does GULC have a regular waitlist as well?

Also, is this decision for both programs... as in, they seriously just waitlisted me for their PT program? I don't want to find out months from now that I've been offered admission off the waitlist to Part Time.

Read the GULC waitlister thread. They have a special group within the preferred list, a preferred list, and a regular list.

I'm sorry for not wanting to wade through the hundreds of pages here, but..

Does anyone have an idea as to how much interest they have if they ask you for an interview? Do a lot of people who interview (assuming they go through the interview smoothly) still get rejected or waitlisted? As opposed to those who got in straight away, is there any chance for people who get interviewed to get some $$?

Sorry for all the questions. I'm relatively clueless as to this entire process and am "flying by the seat of my pants."

UR 2/3 then 2/19 no action since then. Is this good? I wish they would just put me out of my misery soon as I need to make some decisions. Bright side: looks like I have avoided the slaughter today...so far.
