First, JS2 is your acceptance phone call, where the dean calls you and tells you you've been accepted to Harvard. its been quoted at 70% Js1 -> Js2; while that sounds pretty good, there are some very notable exceptions in that 30% who have gone Js1 -> hold.

I think 70% is assuming 830 acceptances with 1200 interview invites, which is a number I think JS has quoted in an interview. Before that, she said they interviewed about 1000 people which would've made the JS1->JS2 rate 83%.

Congrats! Though it would be nice if you shared some of your stats / whether you're a URM / etc ...

ETA: wrote too soon, I guess the answer to your first question isn't there. Basically, about 70% I think, but it's hard to tell this late in the cycle

seems like significantly lower this cycle than previous cycles

i think wert kept me off the insiders club list because im tainted with a hold. its okay

also, just one JS2 in this wave? where are all the OMG JS22222 posts. rooting for everybody
