Just FYI, its takes them (on average) FOREVER to get complete emails out. Which is why I think decisions come so quickly.

Just curious, is anyone in the same boat (not yet received completion e-mail) who is also ED? Wondering if I still am ED.

If that is something you're really worried about I would just give them a call. At least, that's what I would do in your shoes.

OH for those of us without complete emails-- this guy on LSN submitted 11/1 RD, got an app received, did NOT get a complete, and still got in. he has a 180/4.0, but that's irrelevant for our intents and purposes.

I called, never received the complete e-mail, and they said a decision has already been mailed as of Dec 2nd!

Do we think that there might be purple envelopes waiting for us when we get home today? How is that possible if someone in California already received theirs? Were they mailed out on different days, or only on 12/3?

Mine was dated 12/1 (I don't know when it was postmarked), so maybe they were sent out on more than 1 day.

For what it's worth, I know that mail sometimes gets halfway across the country faster than it gets across town in NYC. At least, that's what I'm telling myself to make up for total absence of good news in my mailbox this weekend.

I just called! They said a decision was sent out on the 2nd!!!! Has ANYONE received a waitlist/rejection yet? AHHHHH!

I am RD. I just asked if they would be able to tell me if a decision had been mailed.

i called, too, and said "i applied in october and never received notification that my application was complete..." except she totally cut me off and just asked for my name. i guess alot of people are calling. heh.

response: "your application is complete, and you actually should be receiving your decision shortly."

no RD rejections in december, right? i think this is good news...
