Based on LSN it looks like they're staying away from super high number applicants. This could be a new admissions strategy.

I was thinking that might be a possibility, but my stats aren't that much above their medians. 170, 3.7x

Yeah, I think there is some pretty obvious YP going on. I guess it makes sense since they may fill up a sizable portion of the class with ED admits this year, and they don't want to accidentally end up overenrolling / aim too high and end up having a bad yield rate when they don't need to.

Well, I guess this makes me feel better about applying last cycle instead of waiting another year.
