So, what if you applied ed, your lsat is below 169, but your GPA is at the norm, and you still haven't heard yet...and your status says UR 11/21...if I was going to be flat out rejected, wouldn't that have happened already?

No. Some people who apply ED are outright rejected in December, but many more get a deferral to the regular decision pool, followed by a lot of waiting, a spot on the waitlist, a lot more waiting, and hopefully, finally, an acceptance.

But with a sub-169 LSAT?

No change here. Yesterday people first noticed status updates around 4:15 EST so perhaps there will be some lucky people who see DLS statuses in the next hour or two.

Can't know for certain, but looking at LSN http://nyu.lawschoolnumbers.com/applica ... r=desc&p=4 it looks like the first wave of RDs came out 12-12-11, which was the second Monday of December 2011. Indicates next week.

Everyone last year updated their status on LSN on 12/6, which is disheartening for those of us who haven't heard yet. But in 2010, the dates of acceptances seemed to range from 12/6 to 12/24, so perhaps there's still hope for us!

That is false. The numbers on the graph represent weeks, not days. Dec-1 = first week of December, Dec-2 = second week of December, Nov/Dec = the week that falls between November and December

Can we get actual clarification on whether they release ED acceptances in waves as I believed up until moments ago?

There are only 4 people accepted on LSN, that cannot include everyone they're going to accept ED who has an LSN account.
