For those of you on the waitlist, my waitlist decision letter was mailed on 02/10/11, and I received an email on 03/11/11 congratulating me on my admission to the law school, so they have already admitted students from the waitlist just FYI

I just opened the Applicants tab for 2009-2010 and looked up AcceptedW applicants. Is that where you find our the WL acceptance info?Mce252 wrote:I'm going to guess that the person admitted off the waitlist at this point was unique. I don't think your wait is unusually long. If you look at lsn, it will give you a better idea of how late people heard back last year.
The original question was related to regular acceptances and denials, not those off the waitlist. There isn't going to be a lot of waitlist acceptance information because it's not a common occurrence.

I am sending in a LOCI.
Do you think it would be a bad idea to ask my application to be considered for the part-time program if I am not admitted to the full-time? The UH website says students cannot apply to both.

Just heard back about my scholarship inquiry. They can only offer a one-time 5k fellowship. Looks like it's SMU for me. I'll be withdrawing shortly so hopefully that will help some of y'all that are still waiting. Good luck!

Was told they didn't have scholarship decisions yet and it might be another month. I can't wait that long and wasn't expecting enough to make it viable anyway. Withdrawing tomorrow morning, good luck everyone.

I'm frustrated with the scholarship (and lack there of) negotiations as well. So weird that they won't match - or even negotiate with some of my schools offers.

To those of you whose files went in review March 11, when did you submit your application and for what program did you apply (full-time or part-time)?
P.S. Please post as soon as you hear back from them!

How exciting... I am finally IR today. I didn't apply until 3/4 for the PT program. Is this when I start nervously hitting F5?

Damn, I applied back in January and haven't gone under review yet, unless the process has started and they forgot to update the status checker.lancer wrote:Same here. Ditto. Flirted with spending another 3 years at UH (they're my undergrad), but I've been completely ignored on the scholly front. Hope someone here gets my spot!cdsj wrote:Submitted my withdrawal in the mail last night. Good luck to everyone!
