DR too. And I can't log in
167/3.85
I'm feeling waitlist here. I'm also wondering how long from DR date did it take for others to hear anything?

3rd try Feb LSAT taker here, applied as my HUGE reach to Georgetown PT. 167/3.1, 4 years out of college with WE.
went UR for the first time on 3/10, did the binding decision option. so if they want to offer me a PT place they can do so with 0 aid and get soooo much money from me.
EEP.
fingers crossed for magic.

Hey there. Did you have them hold your app until the Feb scores came in? I did, and I'm currently at "complete 2/19", even though I submitted in early December and was UR several times in Jan and Feb.bryntax wrote:3rd try Feb LSAT taker here, applied as my HUGE reach to Georgetown PT. 167/3.1, 4 years out of college with WE.

yeah i did, i emailed everyone i applied with and asked and got confirmations. i get the impression that the actual scores sent from LSAC come in batches and dont come quickly sometimes - some schools got mine very quickly and some were still waiting when i called early this week. maybe call and confirm with them?chutzpah wrote:Hey there. When you do it just get to know them. Ask about the weather and how they like it down there. Then they'll be like "oh there's that sweet kim who asks about my grandkids!"Kim617 wrote:yeah, i tortured fordham until i got what i wanted. i'm afraid to torture GULC though for scholarship money because i really want them to love me.sibley wrote:it never hurts to harrass admissions (politely) =)bryntax wrote:yeah i did, i emailed everyone i applied with and asked and got confirmations. i get the impression that the actual scores sent from LSAC come in batches and dont come quickly sometimes - some schools got mine very quickly and some were still waiting when i called early this week. maybe call and confirm with them?chutzpah wrote: Hey there. "Dear Georgetown Admissions,
How are you? I'm glad the snow melted, I'm following you on twitter, Dean Cornblatt! You're so funny. I can't wait to see you for ASW! It's going to be awesome! How's the fam? Good, I hope. Just to let you know, I am really in need of scholarship money. I will name my first born Georgetown if I can get some.
Thanks!
PS You're really cool!"

Re: Georgetown 2013/ (2014)
Yup as soon as the scores were released I emailed a human being at the admissions office (not the generic mailbox) who confirmed that they received my score and lifted the hold. I guess it wouldnt hurt to follow up with her. Thanks!bryntax wrote:yeah i did, i emailed everyone i applied with and asked and got confirmations. i get the impression that the actual scores sent from LSAC come in batches and dont come quickly sometimes - some schools got mine very quickly and some were still waiting when i called early this week. maybe call and confirm with them?chutzpah wrote:Hey there. Does anyone have an idea how long it will take to get a scholarship offer if we got the March 2nd "do you want to be considered" email?

I went DR on 3/8, I submitted my application very late, like February
, and went UR two weeks ago or so. I was able to log on to the Admitted Students site, so I'm pretty sure I'm in from what I've read on this forum. I'm a 175/3.55, plus a 4.0 in an MA program abroad. Haven't heard anything about any scholarship, of course. I'd love one, but I'm pretty sure my late application rules it out.

You submitted your app in Feb and got a decision already? Nice!
I applied 01/31 (right before the deadline) , went complete 02/15, and then just went UR on 03/10.
I'm hoping for good news! Congrats on your (hopeful) admission!

Is the general consensus that the longer you are UR, the more likely you are to be WL/rejected? Or is that me seeing the glass half-empty. I went UR 2/19 with no updates.

Can anyone who's already been accepted, or waitlisted chime in on how long it took between seeing DR on the status check and getting your notification?

Mine were too. Although a couple batches had to wait a week for their WL/dings. Hopefully they've got those bugs worked out.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
