Yeah the list is not very effective seeing as how I've put myself on it twice and both times was taken off in the next quote. Who knows who else/how many others we've missed?

I'm not annoyed by the list itself, just commenting on its lack of accuracy. I can't speak for other people though.

It is helpful to see people with stellar numbers who have been admitted to amazing schools that are in the same boat. Why not remain hopeful if there is something to latch on to?

Haha I like how we're all rationalizing that each group has solid numbers so there's only a small chance that it's a ding group. SOMEBODY'S getting dinged...the majority of applicants actually. Not trying to be negative here; I'm just amused by our constant "oh the numbers say we're fine" mentality.
