Wow, that's an insane amount! I technically had 2, but they were optional. one class I was taking P/F and I was passing, the other I had a B and didn't care.

But really, I call it applying my Finance degree to my real life problems.

Problem: I don't wanna pay more for college than I have to.

Solution: rock dat community college summer school one year and take a few extra classes here and there during regular semesters. (Also went to a high school that partnered with my UG and gave easy/cheap college credits). Profit.

Tl;dr: just saying I'm not gunning for the sake of it. More like whoring with a purpose

Congrats on graduating bros. I must say my commencement this past Saturday was rather entertaining. The two bros sitting next to me were still wasted from the night before and came with a full flask. They made ridiculous comments the whole time, but watching them walk across the stage and hug the chancellor in an effort to stay on their feet made for a great show.

Personally i think it might be better to live in U-City as a 1L...most of your classmates will be in U-City and it's closer to the school. There's no "right" place to live really, my roommates and I chose CWE, but there were definitely times where i wished i lived in U-City

I enjoyed living in u city fwiw.

Registered for the June 19th housing day with U-City/Loop as my preferred neighborhood. I figure I'll stay an extra day or so and try to explore all the neighborhoods though just to get a feel.

Absolutely, a non-TLS friend of mine will be going over Clayton, I'll be hitting UCity / the Loop, and njdevils is focusing on the CWE so we'll be able to give solid reports on what happened.

Peaches are you actually from St Louis? In that case meeting up to hang out sometime in the few days I'm there sounds like the right call.

had my interview last Friday..nothing yet.. typically how long does it take for decisions to come out after an interview? Do people get rejected after an interview? Does that happen more often than one think it does?

My acceptance came exactly 2 weeks after my interview, as did many others here. I haven't heard of (m)any people getting rejected after interviews, but I only really followed it during the pre-deposit cycle. My guess now would be that they are screening WLers and others to see who would be most likely to matriculate and so some may be more likely to be rejected post-interview now. At least those are my thoughts, I really have no idea so don't take my word for it

For me it was two days, but I applied quite late in the cycle. I think NJDevils is spot on in regards to screening WL candidates at this point, as long as you came across as into WUSTL specifically I think you have a solid chance (They wouldn't be calling if they weren't seriously looking at you).

Edit: What the heck bound I just watched that, it's roughly four thousand times better than my graduation / any other I've seen. I was a bit thrown by the random pop culture snippets in the video though, so I choose to believe all those people went to Arizona and you are in fact the girl in the hunger games.
