Well, the Open House was awfully pleasant. Got to meet one on one with a professor (I was even able to pick who based on my interest), a student, and the Dean. Gotta give them credit for making these opportunities available

I can chime in here a bit! I actually just got a full scholarship (or at lead it was up to 140k, so basically a full one), and I have a pretty similar profile to what you're mentioning. I had a 169 LSAT and a 3.31 GPA, so I'm pretty thrilled with the money I got.mornincounselor wrote:I wonder if the uptick in high scorers this year has affected the speed or size of scholarships.
Has anyone at 75th LSAT (as opposed to above 75th) sub-median GPA gotten one yet? Non-ED, Non-URM.

Yep - just got 135k yesterday with a 168 and GPA well below median (but above 25th). Very, very pleasantly surprised.gsy987 wrote:I can chime in here a bit! Re: WUSTL Class of 2019 Applicants
Yup, all the people above 75th are getting great offers. My question was about people at 75th of which I believe no one below-median GPA has seen a scholarship number yet.
Thanks for the information, though, and big congratulations!
I'm so interested in the distinction between according to mylsn there isn't one, but it seems like most 166s have yet to hear anything, most 167s got in but without scholarship money yet, and 168+ have their generous offers. I think it helps to answer the question of whether WashU plans on increasing its class size vs upping it's numbers.

You were admitted yesterday and got scholarship info today? Or did you receive it yesterday too?WooWooWashU wrote:In yesterday with a Scholar in Law scholarship.

Re: WUSTL Class of 2019 Applicants
Good morning! Saw this and didn't know if it would be helpful to reply. I have a 167 and received a full ride on the 21st. I also have a 4.0 and a list of semi-solid softs/am from the area. Don't know if that is helpful!mornincounselor wrote:Yup, all the people above 75th are getting great offers. Hi all,
For those who received scholarship offers, what did your acceptance letter say to indicate that a scholarship would be coming?
Thanks!

Like above, nothing, but I also had a week lapse between acceptance and the offer, and was worried I had come off poorly when interviewed. I'm mentioning just to say you shouldn't give up hope if you don't get an offer within a few days-- I still got close to full tuition.zinnzinn wrote:Hi all,

Same here. Was a week between acceptance and offer and I got ~80% scholarship. Are Dead wrote:Like above, nothing, but I also had a week lapse between acceptance and the offer, and was worried I had come off poorly when interviewed. To refine my above post (if you were looking for this additional info - which is previously ITT too btw) 10 days exactly for me and I got >50% (didn't do exact math). There was just no indication in acceptance. The Abyss wrote:Same here. Thanks for all the input! I had heard it takes a few days, but I was anxious regardless. I got my scholarship offer for very close to full tuition soon after posting. I guess I worried it into existence! Turnaround for me was 5 days from acceptance to scholarship.

Re: WUSTL Class of 2019 Applicants
Anyone from last year's thread recall when the 166 & under people got their $$ offers? I've looked through the old thread, but couldn't really find anything. It's been 2.5 months since I was accepted

So far this cycle has an interview meant acceptance?

Re: WUSTL Class of 2019 Applicants
Thanks in advance! On the top of the post, someone gave a checklist of questions applicants for Class of 2017 were asked. As an applicant for Class of 2018, do you detect any change from this checklist to what you were asked? If any, would please do us a favor by sharing your experience?acr wrote:WUSTL 1L here. Is it pretty easy to transfer WUSTL to T14? What about the requirements?chuckbass wrote:2L here that transferred from WUSTL to lower T14. Feel free to ask questions.
To the posters that are reapplying, I really don't think you have anything to worry about. WUSTL adcomms are great and are very understanding that making the decision to go to law school is a big one and will not hold anything against you.
