Or am I bugging out?

Given your stats, that's really surprising.

I'm thinking that according to LSN one person has already been able to negotiate his scholarship from 120,000 to 135,000.

Decision Finalized. Acceptances are sent via email. Are denials and WLs sent via email as well?

From what I've gathered, denials are sent via snail mail. For WLs, I believe your status is changed to "Waitlisted" shortly after the decision is rendered. I could be wrong though

I saw one name with 120,000 and now that same name is 135,000, that's all I got.
