It was an incredibly difficult decision, but I just withdrew my acceptance. It's unfortunate, because I really am in love with William & Mary. I hope that my seat and scholarship money go to one of you lovely people. Best of luck to everyone!

Does anyone know if the May 1st seat deposit is considered binding? I know the general consensus is that first deposits are not, but I would like to know if anyone has specific information with regards to how W&M looks at it.

W&M took a hit in this year's ATL rankings. Looks like employment was the big factor. We all know how much that fluctuates from year to year.

There's some weird stuff about their methodology. Some of the comments below that article go into that.

Deposited. How long does it usually take them to process deposits?

Withdrew today. Left $$ for others. Best of luck to all who are going or waiting. It was a very tough decision since I am in love with the school, town and area. I was looking forward to getting my annual passes to Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens and Water Country USA Imagining those walks into CW, having my annual CW mug and getting cold drinks, cold cider, hot cider, soft ice cream or slushies for one cool price of about $12.00 for the mug with unlimited refills for the year! Taking a tour of Charlton's Coffee House to get free chocolate. Sitting in the Governor's Palace Gardens by the lake and studying. But I will visit a few times a year anyway.

Who wants my W&M grocery tote and unworn t-shirt, size large? See here: http://i.imgur.com/TFrLNol.jpg

Message me with your address if
(1) you don't have either of these things and
(2) you wear a size large/are a girl that likes oversized shirts.
