Do all potential admits get interviews, like Harvard?

Not in the past, but it seems like they are changing things up this cycle. They have interviewed almost everyone that has been accepted so far.

Not at all; it took 10 days for me to hear back. I met JD at an admissions reception earlier this week (he's the one I interviewed with over the phone) and he told me he does about 5 interviews per day. They're just pretty slammed in admissions right now.

I applied ED to UVA and tomorrow is my 15th day since they sent me the status checker email. I have not heard anything else from them. Is this a bad sign?

Not necessarily. One poster heard after his 15th day (ED) and got in.

You were right. I had a phone interview so I hope to hear back soon. =)

That makes me feel better! The waiting is making me crazy, especially since so many people seemed to be hearing back quickly after interviewing. I am borderline so I just want to find out!

Everyone, potentially. Not everyone who has been accepted has been interviewed, but a significant percentage have been.

Let's put it this way - if you get interviewed you have a substantially higher chance of being admitted. This cycle is so different from those previous that it is really difficult to say much about it. However, it seems that the overwhelming percentage of those accepted have been interviewed (only two TLS posters have said they were admitted without an interview this cycle). So, yes, I would say RD applicants should expect (hope for) an interview prior to acceptance.

It's not unusual for RD applicants to not hear back for over a month after interviewing.

Shortly after posting this I got the email to call and was accepted! RD, LSAT is above median, GPA around 25th. I'm so excited!
