My acceptances have been pretty much in line with what people with my numbers have historically expected but my scholarships have been 10-60K higher than predicted on mylsn.info

I do think the true epicness of this cycle will be later when it comes time for waitlist movement and scholarships being given to splitters off the waitlist to secure medians.

I don't know if there's a secret, per se. I do feel stupid because Emory was the highest ranked school I applied to, and the next highest ranked I went for was UGA. I should have applied to more places in the T30 so I could have better negotiation leverage. After my disappointing cycle last year, I only applied to the schools I cared about this year. This was my mistake.

In other news, I applied to UF VERY LATE (about a month ago), thinking I could use them as leverage to negotiate with UGA. They accepted me two weeks ago, but I just received my scholarship offer in the mail yesterday - 40% tuition, and I'm in-state. Which would be ~$38,500 to pay in tuition. On hindsight, I don't think UGA would give a damn. Lesson here: I really should have set my sights higher for negotiation strategies.

They sent out an email last week stating that they intend to release all decisions by March 29th. While that doesn't necessarily mean that they have to, they mentioned to get in touch with the office on April 1st if you haven't heard back. Given their accountability, I'm sure they'll be pretty good with the March 29th. Hope that helps and good luck!

Probably not much, but I suppose it could mean that an acceptance is already in the mail? I would just contact them on April 1 if you haven't heard anything, but you could contact them earlier if you're afraid something's missing.

My neighbor apparently lost a bunch of my mail so I took the opportunity to call and check my status. It looks like I wasn't in this past batch so I guess I'm waitlisted. Yay!

No idea why you're inferring that. The dean was pretty clear that letters would be sent out through the 29th of March. It's just as likely that you'll be accepted in a week as the idea that you've already been wait listed, unless I'm missing something here.

According to the LSN with the same name they are 165/3.3 and submitted in mid September.
