Just went IR 1/24 -> IR 2/9. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't this bad? I thought I read that if we get moved to the second step, that means someone didn't like our application

How long should it take for the letter to reach me, given that I live just 4 miles from UW?

The day after they send it! But who knows how long they'll wait for that... Best of luck!

I changed to Decision today. I feel that my status are borderline, at best, but omg, UDub!!!!!!!! *cry*

So we, uh, just have to wait until the mail comes now?

Pretty much... and it took them a full 7 days to even get my pack into the mail. But it'll be SO worth it!!!!! Good luck!!!

There's no way to predict that kind of thing. At best it's pure conjecture. My application went through two review phases as well and I was accepted on the first round. Making guesses like that only hurts you in the long run IMO.
