Y'all, I am still waiting to hear from eight t14 schools with 3 admits, 2 rejections, and 1 held app in addition to T20 admits. I'm still waiting on all of my top choices, including schools where LSN gave me an ~80% shot.

Can someone calm me down, whisper softly that it is "all going to be okay," and point me in the direction of the nearest bar/ice cream shop?

When did you apply?

End of December, so I went complete at the beginning of the year. Admittedly, three of those apps were submitted in late January. Meditating on the fact that time probably just seems slower from my perspective.

I wouldn't worry too, too much then. You're not terribly off track. In like a week or two I'd be curious as to why I hadn't heard yet though. This cycle has just been weird :/

Went to one of his campaign rallies just to see how weird it would get. Rally was held in a hangar with "rocket man" played on repeat until he arrived, 30 minutes late, on his private jet which pulled straight up to the hangar. To our surprise, jolly ole Chris Christie stepped off the plane and gave the opening remarks (pretty sure 90% of this rural crowd had no idea who he was.) Trump then came out and talked in circles about walls and such. Was cursed at by an old man because I was "too tall" for him to see Mr. Trump (I'm 5'9") and was subsequently cursed at again for saying the sun reflected off his weird hair because that was offensive to my older crowd mate. Friends and I left early after about 45 minutes of Trump's pandering.

10/10 experience though. People-watching paradise.
