Judging by every interaction I've had with Arizona and New Mexico, I'm not entirely sure the Southwest has people that aren't selling things on the side of the road.

If you can talk about why you are sincerely interested in WUSTL and in St. Louis then that helps. Most of the interviews seemed to be more about "getting to know you". But showing that you actually want to be at Wash U is the main thing.

As a waitlist candidate your primary goal is to reassure them that you'll attend if admitted. The adcomm wants to avoid admitting a WL applicant only to have them turn the offer down (which hurts our yield). So definitely get your questions answered, but be sure to express why you want to attend WUSTL

i wasn't sure if this was a serious question when i saw it in the other thread lol, but you can get cheaper produce. I think Schnucks might be more pricey since it's a regional/local chain. Try wal-mart or sam's club? those will probably have cheaper prices
