If you haven't already had a JS1 yet, they'll interview you off the WL if they're interested. You can't get in without one.gargleblaster wrote:so do they interview the waitlist or is it just - "hey bruh we need ur #'s now - u in?"

LMAO @ all of you who laughed at me now getting WL
While y'all wasted away on this forum, I was tracking down the adcom's home addresses.
Guess who sent out personalized edible arrangements?
Guess who's still in line to ride the express train to H-town?
Oh yeah, your's truly!!!
I'm expecting a call any day now.

Waitlisted (JS1 in late Jan). I'm so surprised because I thought when I got the email just now, it'd be part of the rejection wave.
I shouldn't even be here with my numbers, and I'm gonna be happy to ride this until the day before finals week of the first semester. LET'S GO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Curiously, despite being WLed on the status checker, I haven't gotten any email about my status changing. Anyone else get them yet?

Are we supposed to get a confirmation email that we accept the waitlist offer?
