I'd say yes! At the very least if you think you can get $ it's another piece for scholly negotiations. And you might end up visiting and falling in love with the school. It seems to have some terrific specializations in international law and labor law if either of those interest you. Lastly, if you want NYC it's an awesome option (or even California since you have ties).
Thanks Urbanist! I do have an interest in both international law and labor law, but I am still trying to finalize what exactly I want to do. If I apply, I'd like to do it soon. I just see the application fee and my credit card statements and am like I just don't know any Cornell alumni to really get a sense of the school.

Just wait for the waiver. You'll probably get it. No harm done if you submit it early November as opposed to now.
