Deferred to regular decision via mail. Went decision on 11/20. LSN in profile, but I'm a splitter.

F***, F***, F***. I'm 169, 3.5, so this is bad news for me.

After reading this thread all day, I am glad to still be at EA Complete, but F***, this is bad news.

The deffer letter did say they want you to email the admission office if you still want to be considered for RD, and if you don't contact them by Feb something they assume you withdrew. Sounds like they may want some LOCI's.

I really wanted to breathe that sigh of relief today. Now I'm officially in limbo at gtown and cornell. This does not bode well for my T-14 hopes.

What was the pattern last year for people who were deferred? Is is just a way to postpone dinging me or should I find some hope in this? Although it seems that last year the first batch was all admits so maybe last year is not a good predictor of this year.

WTF i applied three weeks ago and I'm still not complete. If i don't get a complete e-mail by monday, i'm driving up to ithaca, walking into the admissions office and putting it together myself!

Yea I wrote it. I dont know how good it was though. Talked about small class size, getting outta the city etc.

11/20 and it was mailed to the DC/Baltimore area.
