To both of you, sorry to hear that, at least it is just a deferral and not rejection.ilovelawapps wrote:Me too, Im 75th lsat and 3.5 gpaoneforship wrote:Deferred to regular decision via mail. Went decision on 11/20. LSN in profile, but I'm a splitter.

On a more personal note...
F***, F***, F***. I'm 169, 3.5, so this is bad news for me.
After reading this thread all day, I am glad to still be at EA Complete, but F***, this is bad news.

Feel better now. Just got to wait and see.

The deffer letter did say they want you to email the admission office if you still want to be considered for RD, and if you don't contact them by Feb something they assume you withdrew. Sounds like they may want some LOCI's.crackberry wrote:Maybe Cornell has decided to start YPing?CyLaw wrote:F***, F***, F***. I'm 169, 3.5, so this is bad news for me.

Deferred to regular decision. 3.7 167
I really wanted to breathe that sigh of relief today. Now I'm officially in limbo at gtown and cornell. This does not bode well for my T-14 hopes.
What was the pattern last year for people who were deferred? Is is just a way to postpone dinging me or should I find some hope in this? Although it seems that last year the first batch was all admits so maybe last year is not a good predictor of this year.
-heavy sigh-
