I keep getting kicked from leagues after a couple of years, and I'm starting to think its me

I was doing so well, until Spivey wooped my ass last week. Now 4-4.

Ehhhh, it's at least respectable. I had a 0-6 start.

Although, I'm officially on a 2 game winning streak right now though. 2-6 looks...it doesn't look any better.

I went under review at the beginning of October, interviewed shortly after that. My status was just updated to under review 11/2. Is this a bad sign? I was hoping to hear something by now and am worried about YP (above both 75ths).

Had a wonderful 20 minute chat with Dean Faulk. It went perfectly. He asked:

1. A question about a soft listed on my resume. "What did you take away from that experience?"

2. "What was the most impactful conversation you've had and why?"

3. "What job do I see yourself doing in 10 years? 30 years?"

4. "What questions do you have for me and about the school?"

At the end he told me that I was admitted to class of 2020. I guess being a school's thread OP is still the strongest soft you can have--remember this class of 2021. (Speaking of, will start the Class of 2020 Admits once the mods open up that forum.)

So, my cycle is over!!! Withdrawing all my other applications today and putting in my seat deposit. See you all in Charlottesville. Come play softball with us.

Please...anymore these days, Marines hear two rounds fired three clicks away and the JTAC breaks out the rover and breathlessly calls us bomber guys with: "TIC! Taking effective fire! Cleared danger close! Here are my initials, call when inbound!" So maybe more like "Professional APC seat divot-er and general coordinates and talk-on generation team".

According to the "What to expect when you're expecting" thread, the UVA status checker doesn't update until a decision letter is sent, but that clearly appears to have changed. For those of you who've already received decisions or interview requests in this cycle or last cycle, what was the relative timing of going UR1/UR2/etc. and hearing about interviews/decisions?

I got an interview request 11 days after UR2 when I already lost hope of hearing from them. (UR2 happened a month after UR1)
