As much as I agree with this, yale admits seem to be such a slow trickle with such a small volume that it just isn't worth getting worked up over or even following the patterns. I'm trying to remain blissfully unaware until my ding arrives next month.FastRun wrote:So much for "back early in the week."

I'm in the same boat. I used to have the twitter feed on mobile notifications, but now I pay it little mind. Totally missed the 2/14 wave, and I feel all the better for it.tflan19 wrote:As much as I agree with this, yale admits seem to be such a slow trickle with such a small volume that it just isn't worth getting worked up over or even following the patterns. What is our thinking on early appliers? According to MyLSN, most people who apply when the app opens in October tend to hear back in December, and it looks like most of the recent admits applied in December. If early appliers haven't heard by now, is it kind of a done deal?

Based on my understanding, timing means little to Yale; admissions isn't rolling like the others. There is very little data about the school on MyLSN, so I wouldn't put too much stock in it.linguafranca90 wrote:What is our thinking on early appliers? We could hear today or we could hear in April. Only Asha knows.

So they're making calls rn (they just tweeted). But in more relevant news, when/how should I be expecting my ding? Email/snail mail, soon, April? Sorry if this has been asked before - didn't see it.

It's a relief to know that the tweets aren't just an instrument of torture, and they're actually letting people in!

I'll read them if you PM to me when your ready. Send them both though, and don't say which one you prefer.407064011 wrote:Hey fellow applicants!
Got a small favor to ask. I have two versions of Yale 250, which cover completely different topics. I'm trying to gather thoughts on which one seems to have more promise. Once I figure that out, I will spend this one last week focusing on editing the chosen one. Would anyone be so kind to take a quick look and let me know your thoughts?
It would be so so appreciated!
ETA: Traveling today (slash tomorrow since I still haven't gotten to bed yet lol) so probably won't get to it until tomorrow.

Appears that we are behind on rejections/waitlists...any predictions on when those will go out?
