3.98, 171, top 25 undergrad, submitted day 1. Still haven't heard of an admission via status checker. Getting worried. Any thoughts?

Yeah, your going to get waitlisted unless you wrote a why UVA. So if you really want to go, Id write a why UVA, but I bet you dont really want to go.

Also, Im sure you are already aware of this, which is why I am wondering why you bothered to post this.

Is there any application status aside from the LSAC completed notice that you can check? I noticed on the UVA admissions page there was a link for application status but it redirects you to a userid/pass login page and I have no reason to believe I possess any such login credentials.

They send you an e-mail with all of your log-in info. Good luck!

This has been happening to me as well- I have a Mac and some sort of Apple credentialing thing comes up when I go to click on "Check Your Status" on the JD admissions page. Maybe a problem with their site?

Had the same problem...use a different browser and it should work.

RD, 164/3.89, non-traditional, non-URM, out-of-state. Submitted 9/7, complete 9/12. Status checker changed today to a congrats message and indicated snail mail on the way.

No mention of scholarship offers, but I don't expect any merit $$ w/ my numbers and coming from out of state. I'll be bringing GI Bill, and the school probably recognizes that as well.

OMFG UVA.....

I see all these acceptances, check my phone, and see an e-mail from UVA Law. Now, I know that an email is usually a wait list or rejection, so I get a sad. But it's actually just another newsletter that I've previously unsubscribed from like twice. Let's hope the third time is the charm.
