The status checker doesn't seem to change until after the call either, which happen in a big batch like Harvard's. Most likely, RD candidates will hear the first week back in Jan. They did tweet though last year before making the first ED and RD calls, so technically, following them on Twitter is probably your best bet for the earliest possible info: @UChicagoLawApps (sorry if that's now how you post a Twitter account, I just signed up for it to follow law admissions lol).
