Yeah. I can post what the rejection letter looks like if you want.

They say URM splitter cycles can be unpredictable, so I'm not terribly concerned. I'm in at GULC already, so I already have a decent option at the bottom of the T14.
Don't worry, take it as a good sign that they think you will get into better schools.
I sort of thought that as well, but I don't want to be the type that thinks that any school that rejects me is YPing (other than HS of course)
They handed out a bunch of deferrals yesterday (including myself) that didn't quite make much sense, so don't take it as any indication of your candidacy.

Yikes. If you were rejected, then I'm a lost cause. But you'll certainly get accepted to better schools.

I see your GPA and don't know your LSAT score but if they deferred you with that GPA, then I have no clue what they are doing in that office 8)

Beachbum, thanks for the reassurance. You may have a chance (perhaps they just absolutely hate me), but I'm sure that you'll have awesome choices.

I keep checking the status checker this morning, hoping that as soon as they get the 11/24s out they're going to start processing the next batch of apps.

ETA: Wait, I thought I'd been complete since 11/8 but I just checked my records and it was actually 11/19. I did submit 11/1, though, so hopefully I'll still go to processing soon like poster above.

In review 11/29...looks like deferral but want to actually hear! At least it's finally done processing.

Was the date change on your status checker? If it was you might have been at 11/8 before because they change the dates Gtown style.

Also, have any more people been invited to apply for the Dean's scholarship?

Accepted, and it said to submit an essay by February 11th for the dean's scholarship. Does anyone know if that scholarship is offered on a rolling basis? (basically, should I do it ASAP, or can I wait?). Thanks!

And congrats to everyone that got in as well. And the people that got deferred, y'all got in to better schools, it makes no sense why you'd get deferred..

Any other EAers stuck at complete? I've been at complete since 11/3 with nothing happening since.

This is just a guess but I don't think it is rolling since they said they only give out up to 10/year. So they probably want to have everybody's application first... But like I said I'm guessing, so you never know.

Yes, and I'm also interested to hear whether it is rolling.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
