maqkitty214 wrote:So this is a silly question: On my status checker, my daytime number is from a satellite office I worked at during the summer/fall. Evening is my cell phone. In the unlikely situation where they try to call me, and no one answers the "daytime" number, will they try to call the evening one? Or leave a message at the daytime one?

The stupidest part is that I just realized this, despite refreshing the Status Checker so many times the last few days.

Just being paranoid and crazy.
my guess is that they will leave a message. other schools have done the same for me and my friends

Judging from last year's thread, some people should start getting calls around 4 p.m. today. Good luck!

But also judging from last years thread, people's statuses changed, and I don't think anyone's has, right?

I have a feeling it's going to be next week...

I'm waiting on my letter from Baylor and I'm now convinced that our crazy mailman comes later on these days to torture me...like Newman on Seinfeld...

I guess they aren't following the same pattern as last year? Interesting.

I'd assume if you get held, the best case scenario is WL?

I don't necessarily agree. You probably just aren't an auto admit and they want to see other apps first. I could definitely see someone getting held and then accepted. WL is definitely possible though.
