Sorry if this has been asked but is it normal for the interview to be scheduled for the time zone you are in? Mine was set to central time which is where I am but I know someone had some problems with HLS giving them the wrong time zone.

there have been lots of late feb / march holds. its just a way to hold onto ppl before they start formal wait listing. so in short, its for people they want to waitlist come 5/1 (usually)
