Was expecting to be part of the first wave of dings, so I'm not to beat up about it. See you guys in August. *Unless NYU does different reserve groups like its NYC neighbor?

DLS 4/18 here (changed today on 4/20).

This thread has turned into a shitshow! Nothing makes sense anymore with these dates.

Do rejections get DLS also? Or just waitlists/acceptances? Trying to sift through this thread but having trouble figuring that out.

Do I really want to go to a school that would take so long to reject a double sub-median candidate like myself?

I mean, the answer to that question is unequivocally yes, but when I get rejected maybe I can convince myself it's really "no." If I drink enough.

I already know I'm going to Northwestern, but I can't decide if I want to ride out the WLs at NYU, UMich and USC for curiosity's sake, or withdraw while my cycle still has no rejects on it.

blahhh okay so this is my first time posting, although i've been stalking this thread forever, but i just checked my status checker and i am now DLS 4/20 (have been under review since 11/30). no WL e-mail yet. trying desperately not to get my hopes up.

DLS 4/21 as of 10:38 am EST. Had been UR since 11/10. Just glad that it's over. (And if it's a WL, not a ding, then I got through my whole cycle without any rejections!)
