Also, just as a general note about housing. A lot of the apartments/houses that we've found so far are two-bedroom. It's slim pickings for three/four bedroom places.

I only need so many bedrooms for just me. One or two would be perfect.

If WUSTL can match or beat UCLA's COA, that would put it in a very good spot. It all depends on the last few stragglers who haven't made offers yet, though. But yeah, it would take a pretty hefty amount unless I absolutely fall in love or something during ASD.
