I find it a little suspect. Not sure if that waitlist was real or not but who knows.
My waitlist? It was real. I got the email at like 4 yesterday but was surprised that no one else on hear had gotten the notification. Surely I can't be the only one.

Also to answer the question, I will just deposit elsewhere. Tbh if I do get in I wouldn't drop everything else immediately to go... I'm still deciding and H would be considered with pros and cons alongside my other options.

Think it was the same troll who made up a js2 previously.
Nope, it was me. And I was actually waitlisted. I never said I had a JS2. I don't even have a JS1

Same here. Definitely not a H or bust mentality. It'd be awesome to get in but not my automatic first choice.

Late applier here as well. Still haven't heard anything (yea/nay/WL) from 9 of the 12 schools I applied to.

Here's hoping for something (good) today!

Idk why anyone would lie about being waitlisted. Why wouldn't I just say I got in? lol Anyways, good luck to everyone else today! I hope a wave of JS2s are coming your way

That's exactly what someone who was lying would say!

Honestly congrats though and good luck, hopefully your time on the WL is short and ends positively.

I could imagine someone just making up stories to get all our hopes up over here.

There have been a lot of trolls so I guess that's why we've been taking everything in with a grain of salt. Best of luck!

I feel like it's more likely that was part of the 3/28 wave and just entered as 3/29 on LSN.

So probably no JS2's today. I'm going to relax until 2 when a WL/Ding wave would occur

Yeah that was me, my bad. I was traveling and officially got the email on the 29th in Europe, but twas the 28th in the US. Sorry guyz I fixed it.
No worries. Same issue here for a lot of my dates. (The two weeks of being +5 from Eastern time instead of +6 is really annoying.)

I don't think our chances are all that great for a JS2 wave. I'm remaining hopeful for a WL invite now!

Just wanted to let you all know that my friend who applied early/mid January got a ding earlier this week. Seems like they might be sending out tiny waves?

That's what I'm thinking. That's also what they did for the class of 2017 when they were super behind during the last week. Small waves multiple times a day

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
