Maintain your sanity and be good to yourselves, everyone! I'm sure I'll see you guys back on here in the AM for the final <48 hours Also if my earlier post actually did encourage someone to go outside and enjoy the afternoon I'm going to consider that a mini victory in place of the JS2 wave we didn't have haha

Checking in to say this process has probably taken a year(minimum) off my life. At this point, the least they could do is let me in to compensate.

Has anyone begun applying to jobs in case his doesn't work out? Or is everyone just going to ride the waitlist/deposit at another school if it doesn't work out?

I am going to law school next year, even if I don't get into H. Wish you the best though!klove2020 wrote:Has anyone begun applying to jobs in case his doesn't work out? Or is everyone just going to ride the waitlist/deposit at another school if it doesn't work out?

Did you only apply to H and will only go to H?klove2020 wrote:Has anyone begun applying to jobs in case his doesn't work out? Or is everyone just going to ride the waitlist/deposit at another school if it doesn't work out?

It's kind of crazy to me that people would have the mindset of HLS or bust...

Didn't only apply to H but applied pretty late in the cycle and had schools hold my app for my February LSAT (third take) and my score didn't really change so I think it really hurt me in admissions.Rigo wrote:Did you only apply to H and will only go to H?klove2020 wrote:Has anyone begun applying to jobs in case his doesn't work out? I have VERY specific career goals and H is far and away the best place for me to study law. I have great other options but if taking a year off and applying the day the application opens is the way to get in, then I might do it. I'm k-JD now so I assume work experience wouldn't hurt! I was already considering taking a year off and working anyway.

H or NOTHING! is weird on its own without any context though.

To answer the question though, I'm leaning toward sitting out the cycle and doing other stuff anyways and reapplying at a later date. The big UNLESS is if I get H. I'm not H or bust, but it would just mean I overperfomed so might as well seize the opportunity if I want to go to law school.

I find it a little suspect that it was only one unless some people aren't posting in fear of HLS somehow matching up user names lolSmc1994 wrote:Wondering if last night's single WL means anything for today...
