Habit what are you doing waiting on NYU?? I thought you had decided on Mich!
The same thing you're doing? I don't know - if NYU (or CLS, by the way) ends up letting me in, I'd like to have the chance to think about it and compare the pros and cons. I'm pretty sure Michigan would come out on top for me, but I feel like I can't really evaluate that accurately without knowing whether NYU/CLS are actually possibilities.
But no. I can't imagine what I would find out about CLS/NYU that would turn me from Mich. Except the fact that
CLS has Supreme court alumni. NYU has law_monkey.

Clearly a positive for CLS.

Constantly checking my email is really distracting me from the work I'm supposed to be doing.

Wait! You got an acceptance VIA EMAIL, BEFORE the purple envelope arrived? Does that mean that they are notifying people by email regardless of what the decision is at this point?

Ginsberg should only count for half. The only reason she transferred was because her husband got a job in NYC. Otherwise she'd still been at Harvard.

Anyone have any idea why it's taking so long? Having people under review since November seems awfully wrong.

This is exactly what happened last year, except without status checkers. Most of the WL's came in the last week of April.
Although I was fully convinced I was going to get one, and then I got in at the end of March.

I meant DLS 4/13 and 4/14. I was under the impression that are some on each date

Think it's been either 4/13 or 4/16. 4/15's got WL or
ding IIRC.

Honestly I would rather get rejected than being teased with a WL.
